*COVID-19 Policy: We acknowledge these are uncertain times and we’re committed to providing an amazing camp experience while following health & safety guidelines.

  • If we need to cancel a camp due to COVID restrictions on our operations, all guests will be notified ASAP and receive a full refund.

  • If you are sick and need to cancel your camp reservation last minute due to COVID-circumstances, you will receive a full refund or full credit towards a future camp.

IN-PERSON CAMPS

Can I bring my dog? No. While we love pups, we’ll be diving into activities that aren’t suited for doggos.

What if I need to cancel last minute? We understand things happen. If you cancel at least two weeks prior to camp, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel between 1-2 weeks prior to camp, you’ll receive a 75% refund. If you cancel within a week of camp, you’ll receive a 50% refund.

What if there is bad weather? We’ll communicate with you the week of camp. If we need to cancel an Off & Out campout due to dangerous weather conditions you will receive a full refund.

Will I have cell service? Locations of our campouts vary, so to be safe plan on not having cell service. We’ll address safety protocols at the beginning of the campout.


CAMP BOX RENTALS

Can I cancel my rental? You can cancel your Camp Box rental up to 3 days in advance of your rental date for a full refund. If you cancel within 3 days of your rental date, you’ll receive a 50% refund or the option to raincheck.

When will my Camp Box rental be dropped off? All drop-offs are made on the Thursday evening of your rental date. We’ll provide a drop-off window time and text you at the phone number you provide when we’re ten minutes away.

How do I return the Camp Box? All pick-ups are made on the Monday evening at the close of your rental date. We’ll provide a pick-up window time and text you at the phone number you provide when we’re ten minutes away.
